Bomberos de Yopal-
Una certificación en nivel intermedio como como equipo de búsqueda USAR ante la Unidad Nacional para la Gestión del Riesgo de Desastre, viene adelantando el Cuerpo de Bomberos de Yopal, con el fin de mejorar las competencias de este equipo de rescate.
Cabe destacar que en Colombia no hay equipos de Bomberos certificados en este nivel, según el capitán Arvey Ramírez comandante del Cuerpo de Bomberos de Yopal, quien resaltó el interés, la constancia y la disciplina de su equipo de trabajo.
Este proceso se sustenta bajo estándares internacionales, para el caso, son las Naciones Unidas, el organismo internacional que rige la búsqueda y rescate de los países asociados.
“Además de componentes documentales, se deben demostrar capacidades operacionales y pasar por una actividad de 36 horas que próximamente será programada. Ese reconocimiento implica que nuestro personal pueda operar en emergencias a nivel nacional e internacional”, explicó el jefe del Cuerpo de Bomberos de Yopal, capitán Arvey Ramírez.
