La Secretaria de Planeación de Yopal, Claudia Patricia Cárdenas, ha emitido una advertencia a los urbanizadores de los 32 asentamientos que fueron legalizados por la Alcaldía durante el periodo anterior. Además, se ha establecido un grupo de control, seguimiento y vigilancia para supervisar estas legalizaciones. Hasta el momento, se ha constatado que en 4 de esos asentamientos visitados no se ha iniciado el proceso de cumplimiento.
Cárdenas explicó que este trabajo se lleva a cabo en colaboración con la Secretaría de Infraestructura, y se están realizando requerimientos legales y jurídicos a cada urbanizador para que cumplan con lo establecido en el plazo otorgado.
Es importante destacar que esta advertencia representa un llamado a la responsabilidad y el cumplimiento por parte de los urbanizadores para garantizar el desarrollo adecuado de estos asentamientos legalizados.
