El cadáver de un hombre en avanzado estado de descomposición, fue hallado este domingo en el cauce del caño Usívar, en medio de un paraje aledaño al sector de La Bendición en la ciudad de Yopal.
Un habitante de la zona, quien paseaba por el sector, se dio cuenta que al interior del caño, se encontraba un cuerpo putrefacto, por lo que de inmediato reportó el hallazgo ante las autoridades.
“El caño tiene un barranco de unos 5 metros de alto, hay material vegetal que represa el agua y una profundidad de cuatro metros, el cadáver estaba boca abajo, embarrado y desfigurado debido a que la fauna silvestre (peces) ya se habían comido parte de su piel, lo que complica la identificación”, describió el oficial.
El cuerpo fue trasladado y permanece en Medicina Legal para que sean los médicos forenses los que realicen la inspección técnica judicial e identificación del cadáver.
El cadáver que al parecer llevaba unas 36 horas en el lugar, no presenta heridas y la única prenda identificable son unas zapatillas. Según las autoridades, hasta el momento no se tiene reporte de personas desaparecidas o informaciones que sugieran de quién pueda tratarse.
