La alcaldía lamentó y rechazó la acción violenta de la que fue víctima el corregidor de Tilodirán, Cándido María Santos Continchara, en hechos ocurridos en la tarde del jueves 31 de agosto, en el centro poblado.
Ante lo ocurrido se adelantará Comité de Seguridad con Policía, Fuerza Aérea, Dirección de Fiscalías, Sijín y Gaula para determinar el esclarecimiento de los hechos.
“Rechazamos situaciones de violencia contra cualquier funcionario público e integrantes de la sociedad”, aseveró Rodolfo Chaparro, Secretario de Gobierno municipal.
El Secretario fue enfático en señalar que este tipo de situaciones no se puede quedar sólo en el rechazo y anunció que se evaluará la entrega de recompensa para dar con la captura, individualización y judicialización de los responsables.
